You Can Grow Here!

Thank you for clicking your way to here!  That one click is a step in the right direction, because at the very least it says you're interested in growing!  Our lifelong challenge to every person who calls Parkside Church their Church family is to grow up!  When we don't grow up we miss out the life we were created to live.  So... how can you grow?  Here are some opportunities:

START BY GETTING TO KNOW JESUS!

• Acknowledge Him as your Savior and give Him control of your life.
• Start reading the Bible (you can use a devotional... there are free devotionals in the Church lobby).
• Start praying (you can do this when you read the Bible or anytime!)
• Start obeying (when Jesus asks you to do or not do something, obey).
• Start hanging out with Christians and ask lots of questions!
• Get baptized in water (ask a Pastor or Church leader about this).
• Ask Jesus to fill you with His Spirit (ask a Pastor, Elder, or Church leader about this).

CONTINUE TO GROW IN YOUR JOURNEY WITH JESUS!

• Pick-up the book and accompanying manual called "LIFE Purpose", read it and reflect (available in the Church lobby for $20).
• Join a small group (where you can be real, open, and honest with one another; study scripture together, pray with one another; help one another; have fun with one another).
• Keep repenting, reading, praying, filling, and obeying.
  
  

ALLOW JESUS TO BE EXPERIENCED THROUGH YOU (SOWING) TO YOUR WORLD!

• Take what you've learned about Jesus and then love and live in the way Jesus created you... follow His voice in to a life of giving (join a ministry, start a ministry, volunteer in an organization, etc.).
• Give (your time, talents, and money).
• Find people who need Jesus and love them.
• Keep repenting, reading, praying, filling, and obeying.
